This work means so much to me because
I was that woman.
I know what it’s like to give your all to everyone else… and still feel invisible.
I know how it feels to silence your needs to “keep the peace”… and still feel unloved.
And I know how exhausting it is to smile on the outside while crumbling inside.
I said yes when I wanted to say no.
I kept the peace, even when it meant betraying myself.
I thought if I just loved hard enough and stayed agreeable, I’d finally feel loved in return.
Instead... I felt invisible.
That led to emotional burnout. The quiet resentment. The voice whispering, "There has to be more than this.”
And that’s when I realized something huge:
I was waiting for others to give me the love and respect I wasn’t giving to myself.
I had no boundaries. No clarity. No connection to what I truly wanted. And if I’m being honest, I didn’t believe I was enough just as I was.
So I started doing the inner work.
Not all at once just small, brave steps.
Saying “no,” even when it felt scary.
Choosing myself, even when guilt tried to take over.
Listening to my inner voice.
Honouring her, bit by bit.
And the more I chose me, the more my life began to shift.
I met my now-husband. I moved to a new country.
I built a life and a business that actually feels like home: aligned, honest, and true to who I am. Now, I help other women do the same.
Women who’ve lost themselves in relationships.
Who overthink every decision.
Who feel like they’re not allowed to take up space.
I guide them back to their truth, to their voice & to their power.
Because you don’t have to do more or be more to be worthy.
You just have to stop abandoning yourself and start choosing you.
(Relatable, right?)
